Autodesk 2010 Software for Education

NOTE: If the Autodesk 2009 software programs functioned well with your current hardware and operating system, then the Autodesk 2010 software should run equally as well.

Recommended Minimum Hardware Requirements for Educational Use:
  • Intel Pentium 4 2.0 GHz or 3.0 GHz or greater AMD Athlon 64 processor


  • 2 GB System RAM or higher


  • 25 GB Free Disk Space or more


  • Onboard Video Card or Separate Video Card (recommended) with a minimum resolution of 1024x768 VGA with True Color


  • Windows XP SP2 & SP3 or Vista SP1


  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later


  • DVD ROM Drive (For Installation)


  • Microsoft Excel 2003 or 2007 (for Autodesk Inventor full functionality)
NOTES:
  1. Recommended hard drive space is based on loading AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Inventor Professional and 3DS MAX Design.


  2. Civil 3D requires a minimum of 3GB of RAM


  3. Revit Architecture requires 1 GB RAM if no rendering is required and 3GB RAM if rendering is required
